Competition Terms & Conditions:

  1. The competition is open to residents of United Kingdom aged 18 years or over except employees of Paint The Town Green and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
  2. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 
  3. The promoter is Paint the Town Green Ltd (company no. 06455258) whose registered office is at 30a Bedford Place, Southhampton, Hampshire, SO15 2DG.
  4. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified. 
  5. Closing date for entry will be Wednesday 28th February 2018. After this date no further entries to the competition will be permitted. 
  6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:
  8. Simple email competitions@nappyvalleynet.com and tell us which blue is your favourite from our designer eco-range and why.
  9. By entering the Competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete. Paint The Town Green reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.
  10. The prize is as follows: 1 x 2.5L pot of paint in any colour* in a matt emulsion finish only. Delivery to the winner’s address is also included, although if the winner would like to take advantage of our free colour consultancy, collection from the showroom can also be arranged.
  11. *The winner can choose any colour from our range excluding the Nicky Haslam 'The Stones' range which is not included in the offer.
  12. Finally, the winner must be willing to agree to the use of his/her name and answer to feature on the website and in all publicity materials. Only one winner from all the correct entries will be selected to win.
  13. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely by Paint The Town Green and will not be disclosed to a third party.
  14. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
  15.  Winners will be chosen at random from all entries received and verified by the Promoter and or its agents.
  16. The winner will be notified by Paint The Town Green and/or the promoter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
  17.  The prompter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  18.  The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
  19. The winner’s name will be available 28 days after closing date by sending a stamped addressed envelope to the following address: 39a & b Allfarthing Lane, London, SW18 5AP.
  20. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
